One of the first questions new clients ask is which type of session to book. Each format has its own strengths, and many clients mix them over time.
Private: one-on-one attention
Best if you're brand new, recovering from an injury, or working toward a specific goal. Every minute is focused on your body and your progress.
Duet: train with someone you like
A private session shared by two people. It's a great option for partners, friends or family members who want personal instruction and a little company.
Semi-private: small-group energy
Classes of up to eight people, with more individual attention than a typical group class. Ideal once you know the basics and want a consistent, motivating routine.
Not sure where to start? Book a private intro session and your instructor will help you decide.
